SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

United States SMS Messaging Operator

The ReservaHub SMS Messaging Program for recipients in the United States is operated by MAGNUM LID TRADING AND SERVICES LLC.

MAGNUM LID TRADING AND SERVICES LLC is the business entity registered for ReservaHub’s U.S. A2P 10DLC messaging campaign.

Messages are sent under the ReservaHub service name on behalf of wedding planners and event organizers.

How Users Receive SMS Messages Through ReservaHub

ReservaHub is an event management platform used by wedding planners and event organizers.

ReservaHub facilitates transactional SMS messages on behalf of organizers for communications related to a specific event.

Recipients may receive:

  • event invitations;
  • RSVP requests;
  • RSVP confirmations;
  • event reminders;
  • seating assignment notifications;
  • check-in notifications;
  • event updates.

ReservaHub does not use this messaging program to send unrelated marketing or promotional SMS messages.

How Consent Is Obtained

Event organizers collect guest contact information directly from invited attendees.

Before any SMS message is sent through ReservaHub, the event organizer must obtain the guest’s express agreement to receive transactional SMS communications related to that specific event.

Providing a mobile phone number alone does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent may be obtained directly by the organizer through a written or electronic form, an email or written-message confirmation, or another documented direct agreement with the invited guest.

The organizer is responsible for retaining the underlying evidence of consent and must not import or activate SMS communications for guests who have not agreed.

Consent applies only to the specific event for which it was obtained. It does not authorize unrelated marketing, promotional communications, or messages concerning other events.

Guest-Facing SMS Authorization

Official authorization form completed directly by invited guests before receiving SMS messages.

How the Authorization Form Is Used

Before importing a guest who will receive SMS messages, the wedding planner or event organizer provides the guest with the official ReservaHub Guest SMS Authorization Form.

The guest enters their mobile phone number, reviews the SMS disclosures, voluntarily selects the unchecked consent box, and signs or electronically confirms the form.

SMS consent is optional. A guest may decline SMS consent and may still attend the event and receive event information through other available communication channels.

The event organizer must retain the completed authorization before importing the guest into ReservaHub.

After obtaining the guest’s authorization, the organizer completes a separate certification inside ReservaHub confirming that permission was obtained. The organizer certification is a secondary control and is not the guest-facing SMS opt-in.

  1. Guest reviews the authorization form.
  2. Guest enters their mobile number.
  3. Guest voluntarily selects the unchecked SMS consent box.
  4. Guest signs or electronically confirms the form.
  5. Organizer retains the completed authorization.
  6. Organizer imports the authorized contact into ReservaHub.

Guest SMS Opt-In Proof

This English guest-facing authorization form is completed directly by the invited guest before the guest’s mobile number is imported into ReservaHub for SMS messaging.

Secondary Organizer Certification

After obtaining the completed Guest SMS Authorization Form, the wedding planner or event organizer certifies inside ReservaHub that permission was obtained before importing the contact.

This organizer certification is a secondary internal control. It is not the guest-facing SMS opt-in.

Before guest contacts can be imported into ReservaHub, the organizer must complete a certification step confirming that:

  • the guests provided their phone numbers directly;
  • the guests authorized event-related communications, including SMS where applicable;
  • the organizer is not using purchased, rented, scraped, or unauthorized third-party contact lists.

The organizer must actively select the certification checkbox before the Import Guests button becomes available.

This certification is completed by the event organizer. It does not represent an opt-in submitted directly by the guest inside ReservaHub and does not replace the organizer’s responsibility to obtain consent from each guest.

English Translation of the Organizer Certification

I confirm that the included guests provided their phone numbers directly and authorized communications related to this event, including SMS messages where applicable.

I am not using purchased, rented, scraped, or unauthorized third-party contact lists.

By continuing, I accept the SMS Communications Policy and assume responsibility for obtaining authorization from the contacts.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. The Import Guests button remains disabled until the event organizer actively selects the checkbox.

This certification is completed by the event organizer or wedding planner. It does not represent an opt-in submitted directly by the guest inside ReservaHub. The organizer is responsible for obtaining consent from each guest before importing the contact information.

ReservaHub does not allow the use of purchased, rented, scraped, or unauthorized third-party contact lists.

ReservaHub’s event management interface is currently available in Spanish. The English translation above is provided so carriers, messaging providers, and compliance reviewers can understand the organizer certification shown in the screenshot.
